Functional Specifications
Working with subject matter experts and programmers, I created functional specifications for a Tablet- and Mainframe-based Visit Documentation system.
I also suggested and laid the blueprint for an accompanying on-line Help system for the Tablet, and presented a website containing frequently asked questions and answers for the Mainframe.
